I made this cake for a Expected Mother, of a baby girl. I have the ability to adjust to many different colors.

This is the final cake in my Course 2 from Wilton. I love the basketweave. This style would require 4 day notice, as I would need time to set-up the flowers and such. It can also be done for a few different style cakes, including a cake that could look like a old-style stroller (wicker basket type). The flowers are all made with Royal Icing and the basketweave was done in buttercream, but can also be done a cream cheese frosting.

Here's an example of a fondant covered square cake. The bow and flowers are also fondant. I make a home-made Marshmallow Fondant and can adjust to make a chocolate fondant as well. The cost for fondant is a tad more than butter cream frosting.

Here's a small example of a tiered cake I can make. This was made for my final cake in Course 3 of Wilton, however I can adjust to many different requests. The cakes themselves are covered in Marshmallow Fondant, with a buttercream ruffle boarder. The yellow roses are made out of fondant.

Here's another example of a tiered cake that I made. This was for a client that just graduated from Grad School, in finance. Both cakes are covered in Marshmallow Fondant. The top boarder is fondant balls, and the bottom is a buttercream ruffle boarder. Numbers on top are made from fondant and the topper was store-bought. The cupcakes were made with a cream cheese frosting.

This was the birthday cake I did for my daughters' 2nd birthday. They like color and decorations. The cake is made with buttercream frosting. The top yellow flower is from fondant. The flowers on the top "globe" are Royal Icing. It was meant to be a Tinker fairy's house, as they love Tinkerbell.
