My "Good Luck" cake

So, I learned a valuable lesson about putting together a cake. Always have supports for your tiers. And, when you have supports, do not decorate the top of the cake, as the "plate" gets turned upside down to support the next tier. Better learned now rather than for a super-important client/event/wedding, etc.
